Lumora Lens sells downloadable content packs, related digital products, and a mobile app for ready-to-post content templates. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how to contact us about privacy questions.

Information we collect

We collect information you choose to provide when you contact us, request a custom pack, join a list, or complete checkout. This may include your name, email address, business details, niche, project notes, order ID, purchased pack, and support messages.

Checkout may be handled by PayPal or another payment processor. Payment processors may collect billing details, payment identifiers, fraud signals, and transaction metadata under their own privacy policies. Lumora Lens should not receive or store full card numbers.

When you use the mobile app, we may collect an app user ID, selected niche, saved or favorited asset IDs, app activity events, subscription status, product identifiers, RevenueCat customer identifiers, push notification token metadata, device platform, and support information you send us.

How we use information

To respond to questions, custom pack requests, and support messages.
To process orders, generate delivery links, and send purchase emails.
To improve pack quality, product positioning, website performance, and customer experience.
To send launch alerts or marketing emails when you opt in.
To operate mobile app subscriptions, restore purchases, unlock eligible app assets, and personalize drops by niche.
To send optional push notifications for weekly free drops, subscriber drops, saved asset reminders, billing issue recovery, winback, and reactivation.
To protect the website, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

Email and digital delivery

Order emails and download links may be sent through Amazon SES or another email provider. Delivery links may include tokens that identify the order and expire or become invalid after misuse, refund, or security review.

Mobile app asset links may use short-lived signed URLs. These links may include an app user ID, asset ID, delivery slug, expiration time, and entitlement information needed to verify access.

App subscriptions and purchases

Mobile app purchases and subscriptions may be processed by Apple, Google, and RevenueCat. These providers may process purchase identifiers, subscription status, renewal, cancellation, refund, billing issue, and product metadata under their own policies. We use this information to unlock content, restore purchases, understand subscription lifecycle events, and provide support.

Cookies, analytics, and logs

The website may use basic logs, Cloudflare security tools, analytics, or conversion tracking to understand traffic, diagnose problems, prevent abuse, and improve sales pages. These tools may collect IP address, browser details, device information, referring pages, pages viewed, and approximate location.

The mobile app may send privacy-conscious product analytics such as app opens, niche selections, asset views, image saves, caption copies, shares, favorites, paywall views, purchase starts, purchase completions, billing issues, and drop opens.

Sharing information

We share information only with service providers needed to run the business, including hosting, email delivery, analytics, payment processing, security, and customer support tools. We do not sell customer personal information.

Retention and security

We keep order, delivery, and support records for as long as needed to fulfill purchases, answer questions, resolve disputes, and maintain business records. We use reasonable safeguards, but no website, email provider, or payment system can guarantee perfect security.

Your choices

You can ask to update, delete, or access personal information we reasonably control. Some order or tax records may need to be retained when required for legitimate business, security, or legal reasons.

You can disable push notifications in your device settings. You can manage app subscriptions through the Apple App Store or Google Play account used to subscribe.

Children

Lumora Lens products are intended for business owners, creators, and operators. The website is not directed to children under 13.

We may update this policy as the business, checkout flow, delivery tools, or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are made.
