Terms of Use

These terms apply when you browse Lumora Lens, buy a content pack, request a custom pack, download digital materials, use the mobile app, subscribe to app drops, or use any templates, prompts, captions, checklists, or related files from Lumora Lens.
Digital products
Content packs are downloadable or electronically delivered digital materials. Product previews, descriptions, and included asset counts are provided so you can evaluate a pack before purchasing. Minor differences may exist between screenshots, mockups, and final delivered files.
License
When you purchase a content pack, Lumora Lens grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to customize and use the materials for your own business or for client work you directly provide. You may edit copy, colors, layouts, photos, and brand details to fit the campaign.
You may not resell, redistribute, share, publish, sublicense, upload as a competing template product, or package Lumora Lens materials as a downloadable product, membership asset, template marketplace item, or lead magnet without written permission.
Checkout and payment
Payments may be processed by PayPal or another payment provider. You agree to provide accurate checkout information and to follow the payment provider's terms. Lumora Lens may cancel or refuse an order if fraud, misuse, chargeback abuse, or incorrect checkout information is suspected.
Mobile app purchases and subscriptions may be processed through Apple, Google, and RevenueCat. App subscriptions renew unless canceled through the app store account used to subscribe. Store billing, renewal, cancellation, refund, and family-sharing rules are controlled by the relevant app store and payment provider.
Mobile app subscriptions
App subscriptions may unlock weekly drops, monthly drops, selected early releases, archive access, or other app-only content while the subscription remains active. Unless a product page says otherwise, subscribing does not transfer ownership of Lumora Lens files and does not grant permanent access to every historical product after cancellation or expiration.
Subscription benefits, content cadence, included niches, and app features may change as Lumora Lens tests pricing, improves the product, or responds to customer demand. If a subscription expires, is refunded, has a billing issue, or is canceled, app access may be reduced or removed.
Delivery
After successful payment, delivery may happen through an email link, success page link, or other secure download method. PNG files or download instructions are normally sent to the purchase email used at checkout. Delivery links may expire, be rate-limited, or be replaced for security reasons.
Mobile app assets may be delivered through in-app save/share tools, public previews, or short-lived signed links. You are responsible for saving app assets you want to use while your access is active.
If a valid order does not arrive, contact contact@lumoralens.com with your order number, payment receipt or transaction ID, purchase email, pack name, and purchase date if available.
Refunds
Because content packs are digital PNG products that cannot be returned once delivered, all sales are final after delivery or download access. Lumora Lens does not offer refunds for delivered digital packs, buyer's remorse, lack of software, failure to use the files, or a change in campaign plans.
Lumora Lens may review limited exceptions for duplicate purchases, technical delivery failures, accidental checkout errors reported promptly, or cases where the wrong product was delivered. Approved support outcomes may include redelivery, replacement files, store credit, or a refund at Lumora Lens's discretion.
For app purchases or subscriptions made through Apple or Google, refund requests may need to be handled through the app store account and policies that processed the payment.
Redelivery requests
If you need a pack again, contact support with the original purchase email plus your order number, payment receipt, transaction ID, or other proof of purchase. Redelivery is normally sent only to the verified purchase email. If the order cannot be verified, Lumora Lens may decline redelivery or request additional information.
Custom packs
Custom pack requests may require separate pricing, timelines, deposits, approvals, and scope limits. Custom work does not begin until the requested details and payment terms are confirmed. Revisions beyond the agreed scope may require a new quote.
Setup services
The $49 3 Variation Setup and related setup tiers are scoped digital services for customer-supplied materials. Setup covers finished PNG graphics from the selected Lumora asset, not editable source files, Canva handoff, new photos, fake proof, invented claims, new offers, rewritten strategy, or extra campaign assets unless a product page says otherwise.
Setup turnaround starts after payment and a complete brief. Missing facts, broken links, low-resolution photos, unclear logos, or changed direction may pause timing or limit output quality. One correction is included for typos or placement mistakes against the submitted brief; redesigns, new source material, changed offers, and additional assets require a new scope.
Setup payments are final once production starts from a complete brief. Lumora Lens may review duplicate payment, failed delivery, or work that has not started because required inputs were never received.
No guaranteed results
Lumora Lens provides templates, prompts, captions, and content structure. We do not guarantee sales, leads, engagement, revenue, ad performance, platform approval, or business outcomes. Results depend on your offer, audience, market, execution, pricing, creative quality, and follow-up.
User responsibilities
- Use your own rights-cleared photos, logos, testimonials, claims, and brand assets.
- Review all copy for accuracy before publishing.
- Follow advertising, privacy, platform, industry, and local business rules that apply to your niche.
- Do not use Lumora Lens materials for misleading, unlawful, infringing, or harmful campaigns.
Intellectual property
Lumora Lens keeps ownership of its original templates, prompts, layouts, copy frameworks, product names, brand assets, and website materials. Your purchase gives you the license described above, not ownership of the original product files as a standalone template system.
Availability and changes
Products, prices, bonuses, delivery methods, and website features may change over time. We may update, remove, or replace a pack, checkout page, or download link when needed for business, security, legal, or platform reasons.
The mobile app depends on app stores, device operating systems, RevenueCat, Cloudflare, email providers, and other services. App features, asset availability, subscription offers, and delivery methods may change or become unavailable temporarily.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Lumora Lens is not liable for indirect, incidental, lost-profit, lost-data, or consequential damages related to your use of the website or products. Our total liability for a paid product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
