Get a usable idea by naming the real business action
A useful post starts with a specific thing a customer can understand and act on. Enter the industry, choose the business goal, and name the exact service, product, offer, appointment, event, or question the post should address. “Roof repair estimate” gives the generator more useful direction than “home services.”
The optional business name and location can make a local idea more specific. The tone changes the writing style, but it does not replace real facts. Add prices, dates, availability, claims, review language, and service boundaries only after someone at the business verifies them.
Generate one direction at a time. A narrow request produces a stronger post than asking for several offers, audiences, and calls to action at once. The generator cannot see your live menu, booking calendar, service area, credentials, current inventory, customer records, or approval rules, so verify every missing or time-sensitive fact before publishing. For regulated, medical, financial, legal, or safety-sensitive services, have the appropriate person review the language before it reaches a customer.
- Name the industryUse the category customers recognize, such as pet grooming, roofing, med spa, restaurant, real estate, or fitness.
- Choose one goalPick bookings, calls, orders, leads, or trust so the idea has one clear job.
- Describe what you sellName the service or offer instead of asking the tool to invent one.
- Review before publishingConfirm every fact and replace any detail that is not true for the business.
