Your plan controls which automations are active. Optional approval covers up to one week, while sensitive conversations and final decisions stay with you.
What happens when you start?
Lumora turns your business information into a weekly system for planning, creation, scheduled publishing, eligible routine responses, and reporting.
One setup powers the recurring workflow
You keep business facts and boundaries current. Lumora handles the repeatable weekly work included in your plan.
Connect your business once
Share the sources you already have: a website if you use one, a Google profile, social pages, service details, offers, hours, reviews, and approved photos. Lumora organizes those facts into one usable business profile.
Your part: Confirm the facts and the action customers should take.
Lumora plans one week at a time
Lumora chooses useful topics from your offers, FAQs, reviews, proof, and seasonal priorities. The working queue never asks you to review more than one week at once.
Your part: Turn optional weekly approval on if you want to review the queue before publishing.
Lumora creates the finished content
Lumora prepares branded static posts, carousels, captions, and plan-supported simple videos. Remotion videos can combine approved media with fades, animated text, captions, and optional voiceover.
Your part: Keep changed offers, dates, prices, and availability current.
The weekly system keeps running
Lumora publishes content on schedule, tracks delivery, and prepares reports. Starter and Growth can run eligible low-risk replies inside approved rules, while Autopilot adds qualification and owner routing.
Your part: Handle exceptions and business decisions that need your judgment.
Know exactly who handles what
The service removes recurring content work without taking business judgment away from you.

Branded content and caption creation
Remotion simple videos when included
Scheduled publishing to connected profiles

You keep the final say
Business facts, prices, dates, and policies
Which photos, reviews, and proof may be used
Human approval and response rules
Sensitive customer or support conversations
Quotes, bookings, sales decisions, and closing
Any change that could make approved content inaccurate
Onboarding shows only what you need next
After checkout, your dashboard opens to a short setup checklist instead of an empty workspace. Connect the included profiles, confirm the business information you have, add approved media, and choose the first priority.
You can leave and return without restarting. Completed items stay complete, missing items remain visible, and the main dashboard becomes useful as soon as the business is ready for its first content cycle.
Every plan starts with clear business rules and owner control. Higher plans add volume, profiles, video slots, reporting, deeper reply preparation, qualification context, and owner handoff. Growth includes Guarded API and MCP proposals for trusted tools.

What stays outside the standard service?
Lumora does not guarantee reach or revenue. It also does not invent business facts, run paid ads, close sales, or independently handle sensitive support, disputes, refunds, legal issues, crisis communication, or private customer information. Those situations return to you.
Questions before you start
Clear answers about onboarding, approval, changes, conversations, and results.
What happens immediately after I choose a plan?
You confirm your card and plan, then sign in to the onboarding checklist. Connect the profiles included in your plan and provide the business details Lumora needs. If something is not ready, you can finish it later without losing your place.
Do I have to come up with every post idea?
No. Lumora researches the business and handles weekly themes, post ideas, captions, and creative direction. You supply accurate source information and keep important changes current.
Do I have to approve a whole month at once?
No. Approval is optional, and the review queue is limited to no more than one week at a time. You can review the weekly queue or let eligible work run inside the rules you set.
Will content publish without my approval?
Yes. Approval is optional. Turn it on to review up to one week before publishing, or leave it off so eligible content publishes on schedule within your rules. Changed or uncertain details are held instead of guessed.
What counts as a simple video?
A simple video is a repeatable Remotion composition made from approved photos or clips, soft fades, branded animated text, readable captions, and optional voiceover. It does not include on-location filming or complex cinematic editing.
What if my offer, hours, or availability changes?
Update Lumora before the affected content publishes. Changed prices, dates, hours, inventory, policies, and availability should be treated as new source information that needs review.
Does Lumora answer every comment or message?
No. Starter and Growth can send eligible routine replies that match the approved rules and plan allowance. Autopilot adds qualification context, priority alerts, and owner handoff. Sensitive support, disputes, refunds, crisis communication, unusual questions, and closing stay with the owner.
When does billing start and how does cancellation work?
Stripe shows today's total before you confirm. Your selected paid plan starts after payment succeeds and renews monthly or yearly on the schedule shown at checkout. Cancel future renewals in the dashboard or through support.
Does this guarantee more followers, leads, or sales?
No. Lumora improves the consistency and usefulness of the content workflow, but reach, engagement, inquiries, bookings, and revenue depend on the offer, market, source material, platform distribution, and the owner's follow-up.
Ready to make content one less weekly task?
