What do I get when I buy a DIY goal?
You get a digital goal set with ready-to-customize PNG assets such as posts, stories, simple ads, flyers, menus, pricing sheets, prompts, captions, CTA ideas, and content direction for a specific niche or offer.
How are the files delivered?
Files are delivered by email or secure download instructions sent to the purchase email after payment is confirmed.
Can I edit the PNG files?
Yes. Add your own photos, logo, captions, offer details, prices, dates, and CTA in any image editor that supports PNG files.
Can Lumora Lens customize a goal for me?
Yes. The $49 setup creates 3 ready-to-post variations from one selected asset using your real photos, business details, brand colors, logo, and CTA. Larger setup tiers cover five related assets or a full goal set.
What corrections are included with setup?
One correction is included for typos or placement mistakes against the submitted brief. New offers, new photos, redesigns, rewritten strategy, source files, or extra assets require a new scope.
Do you create fake photos, listings, menu items, results, or proof?
No. Template previews show structure and direction. Final assets must use customer-supplied facts, photos, prices, claims, testimonials, offers, and business details.
Do you offer refunds?
Delivered digital PNG goal sets are non-refundable because digital files cannot be returned after access. Setup work is final once production starts from a complete brief. Limited exceptions may be reviewed for duplicate purchases, failed delivery, wrong-product delivery, or setup work that has not started because required inputs were never received.
Can I use a DIY goal for clients?
Yes, for your own business or direct client work you provide. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or package the materials as a competing template product.
Do the goal sets guarantee sales or leads?
No. Lumora Lens provides creative assets, prompts, and content structure. Results depend on your offer, audience, pricing, execution, market, and follow-up.
Can I request a custom niche?
Yes. Use the customization page if you do not see the niche, offer, asset type, or campaign style you need.
