What should I send?

What if my photo or logo is low quality?
We can use the material you provide, but blurry, tiny, cropped, or hard-to-read files may reduce the final result. If the issue blocks production, we ask for a replacement before continuing.
Can you make up missing details?
No. We only use customer-supplied facts, claims, testimonials, prices, menu items, listing details, and business information.
Can I get a refund if I change direction?
Setup payment reserves production for one selected asset. Once work starts from a complete brief, changed direction, new photos, new offers, unused graphics, or expected source files are not refund reasons. Duplicate payment, failed delivery, or work not started because inputs were never received may be reviewed.
